Math Utilities

This package provides common math operations required when
operating with EVM-based blockchain actions.

- Fixed Number class
- Twos Compliment
- Conversion between arrays, hexstrings, numbers and bigint
- Base58 encoding
- Unit converstion (e.g. wei to ether)
